Job Description

  • LimePROP.com helps property developers & channel partner for lead generation.
  • We have a strong collaboration with the builders to help them in their back-end sales/ marketing/ operations and help them increase their business.

The selected candidates have to do following tasks-

  • Generate lead by cold calling/ referral sources etc who are planning to buy house.
  • Show them the projects, tell them the detailed information of the property.
  • Assist them in facilitating the loan process.
  • Try to convert the leads to sales.
  • Find new properties which we can sale.

What you have to know-

  • The candidate will have to know the details about the properties we have tie ups with.
  • All candidates have to deal with multiple projects from different builders

  • Previous work experience in Field sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements

Candidates Must have:

  • His own bike and should have good knowledge about all localities of Bangalore.
  • Should be fluent in Hindi,English
  • Should be passionate about sales.
  • Candidates who are available on weekends( Saturday & Sunday) and holidays are also welcome.
  • Previous work experience in Field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates who want to work on commission basis can also apply
